For some, sake may be something unknown, something that they have heard that exists, but have never tried it due to lack of opportunity, ignorance or myths about this drink. There will be a few who have tried it once and say they didn't like it, and others who like it but don't know much about it. Well, for all these cases is that I write this blog, which beyond trying to spread my knowledge and taste for sake, is for me an opportunity to start a journey with the senses through my cultural roots and an invitation to discover the wonder of letting ourselves be surprised by what is new, different from what we are used to and which, in its contemplation, allows us to see all the beauty of life.
