After a long journey from the question of my roots, which led me along the path of history and psychoanalysis, I understood that the center of these concerns was found in my passion for reading, traveling, getting to know other cultures and different people. I discovered that a form of access to all this occurs in the everyday life, for example by sharing food and drink, in this way, a drink of sake became a journey of discovery and a commitment to connect with the world through senses.
